Abstract

This study investigates the inverse dynamic problem for a layered porous-elastic medium. The research analyzes a mathematical model describing the physical properties of the medium and considers the problem of determining unknown parameters based on observational data. The existence, uniqueness, and data-dependence of the solution are examined, and stability conditions are determined. The obtained results can be applied in seismology, geophysics, as well as in the exploration of oil and gas fields.
