This paper investigates the computer modeling of pharmacokinetic processes using differential equations and numerical methods, implemented through the ʼMedDose UZʼ project developed by Maʼrifjonova Maxliyoxon. The system simulates one-compartment and two-compartment pharmacokinetic models using analytical, Euler, and Runge-Kutta 4 (RK4) numerical methods, visualizing the results via interactive graphical interfaces. The study compares the mathematical accuracy of these numerical methods against exact analytical solutions, demonstrating that the RK4 method yields several orders of magnitude higher precision compared to the Euler method in pharmacokinetic simulations
