Development of a Bot System for Providing Stock Market Information Based on the Telegram Messenger

Abstract

This article describes StockBot, a stock market information bot system developed using the Python programming language and the Telegram Bot API. The article presents the system architecture, the technologies used, the main functionalities, and the testing results. StockBot provides free real-time services such as stock prices, technical analysis indicators, company information, and financial news. The system uses the Yahoo Finance and Finnhub APIs to provide information on more than 500 stocks.
