By synthesizing pedagogical observations and analyzing popular platforms like Quizlet and Duolingo, the study evaluates their role in fostering learner independence and improving core linguistic competencies. The findings suggest that mobile apps serve as a powerful catalyst for student engagement and personalized learning, ultimately leading to better academic outcomes in English language acquisition.
